One of the ways you can get involved with the BACC is to volunteer. Check out the many opportunities below.
Mentoring
The mentoring program focuses on a 1 on 1 relationship and requires a commitment of meeting with a child at least once a week. The tenants of our mentoring program are: soul connection, prayer, accountability, bible study and goal setting and life skills development. Mentors can work with an elementary, middle school, or high school student

Creative arts
The creative arts program currently includes: two and three dimensional art, ceramics, dance, theatre, music, and creative writing. Classes and workshops are throughout the week and weekend and run on a quarterly calendar. Trained instructors and trained or untrained assistants are needed.

Homework Club
The Homework Club is held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8pm: September-May. Students from elementary through high school attend and we maintain a 1:2 teacher to student ratio to ensure high accountability and strong relationships. Tutors are needed to volunteer on all evenings.

Literacy Camp
The Summer Literacy Camp runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings: July-August. We use the Bible as our text, and work with students form elementary through high school. We train instructors and also need helpers in games and snack as well as computer operators.

Events
The BACC Events Team runs numerous events throughout the year for funding purposes. Volunteers are needed with event planning, advertising, food preparation, sales and networking.
